  3.         Sorry to have to make you un-arc this twice but I didn't want
  4.         you to get half way thru and run out of space.  When you un-arced
  5.         "Niosa16.arc" you ended up with two files, "Niosa.Arc" and "Read.me".
  6.         The Niosa programs and associated file are contained in "NIOSA.ARC"
  7.         and occupy approximately 340k, thus taking up almost all of a 360k
  8.         floppy.  So, please begin by having 340K available on a formatted
  9.         floppy, ram or hard disk and un-arc "NIOSA.ARC" to there.

  11.         For example, if you have two floppy drives, put a blank formatted
  12.         disk in B:, select B: as the current drive (i.e. get a B>) and
  13.         type "A:pkxarc A:niosa", then press Enter. All the files you need
  14.         will end up on B:.  After you're done, read Niosa.doc for more info.
